  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that tools are clean and plant care products are tightly sealed to prevent leaks.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a courier to collect the package from your doorstep at no additional cost for defective items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
